Not sure why anyone is surprised by this. Aren't the ones preaching the loudest against people being gay the ones who pretty much always end up being gay?

yeah, that's ridiculous and an unnatural extension of small vocal groups being given a larger voice than they should have.
Now you're speaking my language.

Langford told The Post that the girl, who also won the 200 individual medley and swam on the 400 freestyle relay team that finished first, had been made to feel that her curves were a problem before. Last year, a parent took a photo of her backside and shared it with other parents to demonstrate that girls on the team were wearing inappropriate swimwear. (District officials said Monday that Dimond High School’s assistant principal “indicated to the parent who took the photographs that it was not permissible for him to take pictures of others’ children and that he should stop immediately.”)
but also
also I wonder how many people are now googling to see if they can find pictures of the girl. so gross.

ugh.
this thread is crazy with the stuff that's happened and been completely forgotten about. I mean, Jack Abramoff was a big thing when it happened, right?

If Trump bans stupid fucking vaping, it may just all have been worth it.
I've been hearing a lot of stories about the dangers of vaping lately. Is it legit or just nanny state bullshit?
It's legit, though it seems like the precise cause is still being identified.
Vape oils are made one of two ways: by the use of solvents, or solventless extraction (this requires some complicated machinery). Using solvents is much cheaper and some of those solvents, when not processed or treated a certain way, are susceptible to bacterial growth from the continued reheating via the vape coil.
So only get oils made via solventless extraction.
And I know I used to tout my love of vaping THC over in the marijuana thread, and I hope my attack on vaping here isn't seen as sober snobbery. Back when I was using, I only bought oils that were made with solventless extraction -- my guy even showed me the process. But this "vape nation" culture, all the flavors and the smoke rings and the idea of a humongous vape device doubling as a fashion accessory...That shit has to go. It's fucking embarrassing.
