So the Israelis took their new bomber, the F35, for a spin over Gaza the other night.
Looks like they're going again tonight.
America why don't you stop giving weapons to Israel?
Would that improve anything? What was the cost for the Russians to level Grozny with conventional artillery compared to just one of Israel's interventions in Gaza?

When you're bombing (sometimes with white phosphorous bombs) the most densely populated place on the planet, its no longer about security for your own country.
Israel has been given the option of peace. There was an agreement where the Palestinians allowed Israel's right to exist -with no guarantee Israel would do the same. It was a peace settlement, where both parties had to recognize the 1967 borders. Pretty much all the Arab States, along with half of western Europe, signed the deal. It was a way out, an end to the bloodshed for all involved.
And Israel refused.
Which tells us that Israel values land more than it values security and peace. Israel can no longer play the victim card, not when they said "no" to a legit peace proposal.
And logically...Israel has a modern military, supplied by the best in the business, along with a standing Army, Navy, Air Force. The Palestinians' have none of that, not even close.

Not to forget they're the best armed standing army in the world. As well as being more rabidly aggressive than the north Koreans after a big weekend with john Belushi and Conor McGregor

Shocking news: Bombs in NYC/NJ area were not committed by Trump supporters.

I know some guys that are doing some guns-for-hire work in the area. Ugh.
I know some people that did that. It was $500k tax free for a year.

That is a little different than what my friends are doing. Or maybe not, I don't know your friends. These guys are actually going over and being hired by governments to fight for them. When I got out I was offered jobs with two different private companies for over 100k year tax free. No thanks. They send all the contract workers to the shittiest protection details. A lot of guys got killed that way. My friends are over there now not working for any company, essentially as mercenaries, although they aren't getting paid much. The government they are "working" for is pretty unreliable. But they believe in the cause of fighting terrorism so they are doing it for the belief.

A guy I know was working as a government contractor there, but after about 6 months he came back, and had all kinds of mental issues since.

Yeah most of the contract stuff is stuff that even the government didn't want to do. Really crap work and I'm sure they see and do some effed up shit.
