This is one of those annoying things that I read endless comments and meta jokes about on Twitter without having any idea what the original thing being discussed actually is until I finally get annoyed enough to search out what people are talking about and get annoyed all over again.

It clearly looks white and gold to me. It hasn't changed. Everyone is fucking nuts.

This is freaking me the fuck out. I saw the pic and, like you, saw it as clearly white and gold. Then I showed my wife and, without hesitation, she said black and blue. And apparently, the dress is factually black and blue. But I don't see it at all. What the hell.

I saw white & gold too but it's an optical illusion with the lighting. It's not white balanced. It really is blue & black.
