I think it's suppose to be "what does middle class behavior cost in the more expensive cities in North America", hence the scaled up cots of everything. There is certainly some overestimation there. |

It's the people who were comfortably in the middle and then, sometimes suddenly, are excluded (i.e. Trump voters) that scare me. |

And yeah, these are the people that worry me tremendously. |

how much money do you need? to give yourselves a sense of security? Not everyone gauges success on how much money they make. So lets tax the fucking stock market....a 1% tax on trading covers health care...among a thousand other things... |
