The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.

Numbers,
You aren't really accounting for automation. Why pay meat sleeves more when you can just buy a robot?
cause humans are cheaper than robots

Sure but on a long enough timeline the robots pay for themselves
in some cases
robots require servicing, spare parts, are very capital intensive - then within a few years they are obsolete
humans are cheap, can be pushed around, lied to, and sent in to die - and then you just replace them with another one

Looking forward to seeing what comes out in Griffin's appearance today. Not sure if it's public, but I won't be able to watch live anyway. But I'm curious to see how Ds/Rs lean on the Citadel-Robinhood "pay for transactions" arrangement. My guess is the Dems will paint the arrangement as not empowering the individual investors, as the companies would have you believe; and the Rs will paint it was "emerging technology + free market = STONKS!"
