Good lord. That person wasn’t implying that 90% of arrests are like that, but that in 90% of arrests the officer is putting themselves in harms way.

I thought that was going to be some more qualified immunity bullshit, but filing a takings clause claim is creative. That's something that could unite the left and the right against the center.
