General rumors, with varying degrees of evidence from “maybe” to “definitely,” are that he was basically at the center of a non-stop party/sex trafficking thing, and that people like Cuba Gooding Jr, Bieber, Mase, Usher, plus some girl who was on the national list of missing and exploited children, are all implicated in one way or another.
