I've worked with and been friends with people with all kinds of beliefs - including full on Trumpers. It can be challenging, but there's always common ground to be found.

I have some conservative acquaintances and get along fine, but we don't talk much politics. The voices prevalent in the culture at large don't generally align with them, but further right points of view have been popping up more post COVID.

It kinda feels polítics are very divisive and polarized everywhere I go; and this is a trend it got worse after the pandemic.
