They got something inconsequential that could damage Trump’s reputation (pee tape or some such). They’re letting him decide how to play this to minimize his ability to politicize it later. My 0.02 |

We’ll see by 3pm if he really does. If he opposes it, does it stay unsealed? Are they bound by the wishes of someone they’ve confiscated materials from? |
