The left consensus seems to be that it's just a management vs labor dispute. Any issues are management's fault and they are trying to gaslight us through this article.

I don't dismiss the shitty employees, but hiring shitty employees is also a management decision.

Nothing, just read is all I would ask. You are probably the most intelligent person here and one of the few people here that can effect the thinking and behavior future generations in meaningful ways, and that means you are one of the few that might actually be able to stop this and get the poison of this dysfunction out of the system before it's too late for the groups and institutions that help hold some of our our country's worst impulses in check. So when this messaging comes along from a left-leaning source, someone you could trust far more than Fox or others on team nutjob, it presents a unique chance to open the aperture a bit and maybe cause folks like yourself to take a moment and make sure the minds you are influencing are taking in those ideas and applying in the way that was hoped.

Also there is just something so punchable about Rittenhouse.

We were talking about organizations, not individuals, so some is quite different in those two senses.

But let's follow this a second. What evidence could be produced that would lead you to agree with the Intercept article's basic assertion that the activist mindset has so debased liberal organizations that they can now barely function in their historic roles? Like, what would it take for you to acknowledge that this is a real problem that is having a real and very detrimental effect on even the most progressive groups and businesses?
