I don't give a shit what it does or does not do, I haven't cared about the All-Star game since I was 9 and you won't catch me doing it now. I'm simply explaining to you that this decision is specifically rhetorically framed (not why they're actually doing it, but why they say they're doing it) around the "bigger picture" you think they're missing.
