Everyone is a potential killer. What would be far easier is simply buying and mothballing the gun manufacturers, then do 3x value buy-backs. I know I got laughed off here for suggesting that years ago, but the total value of the whole industry is only $60B and it wouldn't be a violation of the 2nd to do it.
Cops would be a lot less likely to shoot if there were fewer guys firing at them.

The max penalty for "assault" in this case is a 500 dollar fine and up to 30 days in jail. You'd have to be soft as fuck to press charges for something like this but it involved skin color so here we are.The thing is, Army douches life is now actually over.
