The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
So the guy who recorded the murder has now been arrested for murder. I'm not quite understanding from the article how this came to be, but I wonder if he knew the other two?
I am also not clear how this guy can be charged with felony murder.
*Unless this is being treated as some kind of snuff film.
Apparently, they're accusing him of using his truck to keep Arbery from escaping.
Ah, so they are threatening his life to get him to testify against the real killers. Got it.

If it were true. Would that make him any less guilty than the father driving the truck in the video?

It depends, right? It appears if he materially contributed to the death then under Georgia law he could be charged, so if he did use his truck to detain the victim then under Georgia law yes. Objectively, unless he understood the circumstances of the chase, I would assume that it's manslaughter and more like killing someone while driving drunk.

This popped up on my Facebook feed, and I wanted to respond, but I don't dislike the person and Facebook is not a safe place for me to be rudely political, so here you go.

I just read about this today. What a vile human. And this was on the same day as George Floyd was murdered by a cop - she knew what the fuck she was doing. Human scum!

The 21 hours when this was the worst thing we had to worry about seem like halcyon days now.
I saw the video of this guy walking around in the construction site on the news last night. That will be enough to acquit on murder one as he was obviously looking for something to steal and feeds the 'pattern of break-ins' narrative the defense is using even if there is no other evidence for it.
