Also, there is zero mechanism for Democrats to pull a Garland until 2020, correct? If they win the House (which seems more likely) but don't win the Senate (which seems more likely), Democrats will still be out in the cold until Trump is voted out or they turn the Senate two years later. The House isn't involved in Supreme Court nominations at all, correct? |

All the employer would have to do is give disproportionate raises and leave to the people who opt out and then the union likely goes away entirely. |
