I listened to about an hour or hour and a half of arguments today. My prediction is this they issue a stay on the OSHA mandate and allow the CMS mandate to proceed. That's also what I would have predicted before listening, but it sounded fairly obvious the OSHA case was 6-3 and in CMS it seemed like Roberts and Kavanaugh would probably let that one ride.
