I actually think that in oral argument the left wing of the Court made a pretty good case that this specific case should be dismissed for lack of standing, given its peculiarities. And the Espinoza side also made some sweeping claims that I wouldn't get on board with, even though that's not uncommon for a party to do.

But if they do reach the merits, I do think that the Espinoza side has an argument that if a government offers benefits to organizations, it can't deny those benefits simply if an applicant organization is religious.
