The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.

isn't that how all rape could be described?
If the intent is to pretend the real story is all about "disinformation" and bigotry to distract from the fact a boy wearing a skirt raped a 14 year old girl, it was covered up by the school system to protect themselves in an election year (by random chance / pure coincidence the vote is tomorrow), allowing the predator to do it again at a different school, then yes, you are correct that is an journalistically acceptable way to describe child rape. Not sure other rape victims or the girl's parents are really on board though.

Yeah I should’ve read the article before I responded. At face value, I have no issue with that description that’s in the tweet, but I understand why the context is problematic

I mean, too late now, but prior restraint seems possibly appropriate if it adversely affects the judicial system. Also, courts tend to be rather jealous of their priviledges.
Prior restraint to avoid embarassing the DOD =/= prior restraint to avoid irreperable harm to a plaintiff's (or defendahnt's*) right to private communication with their counsel.
