Never going to happen. You've seen the people who vote against themselves to make sure that "the other" doesn't get a leg up on them, so what makes you think this will be any different?

I’m tired of sams voice. Can you sum it up? Every time I heard this explained it just seems like very macro 101 stuff like a transaction tax and merging existing benefit peograms. I am pretty skeptical.

Yes. But there's actually a more important, long-term goal of achieving a 'time banking' system, in which the aim is to value time well-spent, helping your neighbors, the elderly, etc.
