Not sure if they earn more than men but they kill in IT software sales and pharmaceutical sales. Nanny.
If I had to guess, despite that being entirely true, they are not out-earning their male counterparts.
Base salary is such a small part of the pay package, it would be very hard to discriminate. I have friends who do well and base pay is less than 10% of income. It's really only on base pay you can discriminate. Women may face discrimination getting a promotion to area sales manager but of that I have no idea.

Doesn't California have the same law? And a law that says companies can't ask what a person's gender is? In which case...
