In fact, this won the Dscans Essay of the Year for 2017: https://www.city-journal.org/html/age-outrage-15608.html
I highly recommend The Righteous Mind to everyone.
One of the things I like best about Haidt is that he will link to, and even praise, good critiques of his own work. This review about The Coddling of the American Mind (https://www.the-american-interest.com/2018/09/19/the-bulverizing-of-the-american-mind/), I have read several times. There's a line I've gotten hung up on. "Give people too much freedom, and soon they’ll come crawling back to their chains." I think the author is right.
I feel like this post changed directions like ten times.
