Which causes more damage "fire and fury" or "shock and awe"?

To us it would an airborne detonation causing an EMP (shock), to them anything that disrupts their fragile food supply system (fire). So it's lose-lose.

No one is launching a nuke. It's far more likely NK would use bio agents since they can guarantee delivery. Or, equally as likely, some non-state could take advantage of the situation and do it claiming to be acting on their behalf. But are at about zero though.

There's a terrific Frontline episode that strongly suggests the former over the latter.

North Koreans are basically the prisoners from Plato's cave allegory.

This much like the new arcade fire album will be when America will no doubt fall in love with Donald.

His record is shit but when you see him play live he'll be so impressive. Hugely Biggly.

And the world will literally burn as a result.

Nah. He'll try to use war to turn his presidency around, but he'll be met with so much opposition that after some small skirmishes, he'll be run out of office so Pence can force us all to go to church.

I'm going to try and trademark the phrases "Remember Honolulu" and "Seattle Strong," just in case.
