are we losers now? Did we bow out or hedge our bets? Cant we just offer up Seth Rogen as a martyr and release the movie? Or do we send Seal Team Six to fulfill the prophecy? Is this about theater safety or what color panties Angelina Jolie wears when she acts bratty on set? Will we go to war over cybersafety and if so will the Russians who stole my passwords from Target be on my side now or is my computer going to melt down in the first salvo?

This and Obama letting Cuba win is not good for America.

Sony is being incredibly cowardly in not showing this movie.
At least release it on DVD where they can still recoup some money and people can watch it in the safety of their own homes.
Better yet, release it for free online where millions will watch it just to piss off North Korea.
That's the thing, NK will ultimately lose this battle because they've given millions of people a reason to watch what would otherwise likely be a mediocre-to-bad movie of no real consequence. They should have just abided by Paul Anka's guarantee.
I'm just happy that Kin Jong-un's father wasn't as butthurt over this when Team America came out ten years ago. That would have sucked if that movie got suppressed.

Three movie theaters say Paramount Pictures has ordered them not to show Team America: World Police one day after Sony Pictures pulled The Interview from release. The famous Alamo Drafthouse in Texas, Capitol Theater in Cleveland, and Plaza Atlanta in Atlanta said they would screen the movie instead of The Interview but Paramount has ordered them not to do so. (No reason was apparently given and Paramount hasn't spoken.) Team America of course features Kim's father, Kim Jong-Il, as a singing marionette.
All joking about how terrible Seth Rogen is aside, this is a pretty major event and I'm concerned what sort of precedent is being set. Geroge Clooney's Deadline interview was dead on: https://deadline.com/2014/12/george-clo ... 201329988/
I would gladly sign a petition or do anything to support this film being released in theaters.
