Beto 80%, Delaney 66%, Biden 64%, Kasich 44%, Trump 34%. All the other Dems and Johnson in the 70s.

Warren 97%
Trump 8% - even that sliver of a percentage offends me.

The themed rankings section of that online poll places Donald Trump in the "moderate" categories for the topics of multiculturalism and political correctness, and ranks him at 4 out of 5 stars on ability to unify and inspire.

In fairness, if you forced Trump to take that quiz by himself, without Fox News on, his responses on many of those questions would likely be all over the map.

It would all depend on who is reading him the questions though.

That's my point. :) Hence putting him in a room all by himself with nothing but the quiz.

Heh. :haha: Guess we just differ on Trump's incompetence.

President Donald Trump again lamented what he views as an unequal military alliance Wednesday, claiming that if the US is attacked, Japan "doesn't have to help us at all" and "can watch it on the Sony television."

isolationist score: lawful confused
multicultural score: chaotic stupid

I'm not sure how. It's exceedingly clear that he actually, literally, cannot read.

Look, I LIKE a handful of these candidates. And I'm 100% going to be on board with backing ANY of them that wins the nomination. Even Biden. But the only two that I LOVE and am excited by are Warren and Harris. So if you want me to rank them I'd go:

Warren

Spoiler: show
Harris

Booker
Buttigieg
Gillibrand
O'Rourke
Castro
Sanders

Whatever just beat Trump

It's not like I'd vote for Trump over any of these guys. I'm just curious how people are feeling about the current slate. Who everyone's favorite are.

I'm getting a rush of nostalgia for when Lincoln Chafee was in the first Democratic debate in 2015 and was a total laughing stock. Rhode Island forever.

Who's the greatest politician in Rhode Island history?

Never heard of him. Though in fairness, regarding my part of the woods I'm guessing few beyond here have heard of Frank Church, Cecil Andrus or William Borah.

He was mayor of Providence from '75 to '84 and had to resign because he beat the shit out of a guy with a piece of firewood; he was elected again and was in office from '91 until '02, when he had to resign again due to a federal racketeering conviction; he served his nickel, then ran for mayor again in 2014 and pulled in 45% of the vote but lost. He is credited with revitalizing Providence throughout the '90s (the city has such an oversized influence on the fortunes of the state that he was more influential than the governors throughout his tenures) and remained incredibly popular despite being dead-to-rights on every bit of corruption he was involved in (I believe it was 60% approve at the time of his federal conviction). By all accounts an absolute shitbird, but loved his city/state and his shadow still looms over basically everything.

Yeah, just read his Wikipedia article, what a story.
