If Biden loses Pennsylvania he is done right?
No, Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada would work
so far so good!
This is the closest FiveThirtyEight model I can find to the current circumstances. There are some where Biden loses Pennsylvania, but those include wins in Ohio or Florida. It IS possible for him to win without Pennsylvania, but no one found that to be particularly credible as of Monday.
He can win by taking NV, WI, and MI.
Yes, ...

Bush & Trump didn't win the popular vote but governed liked they had a mandate. I hope Biden takes this approach.
Bush and Trump also controlled both the House and the Senate (via a 50-50 split in 2000), so, that makes a big difference.

Biden currently has a 2.5 million vote lead in popular vote which will almost certainly be a lot higher when this is all said and done.

I meant that I want Biden to govern like he had a mandate. Of course the McConnell Senate is going to obstruct everything
I guess I'm confused--how can you govern as if you have a mandate without Senate control? Your two examples are presidents who had Senate control. Without that, all Biden really has is partial bipartisan measures or executive orders.
