- O'Rourke on how he would address undocumented immigrants who overstay their visas: "I don't know."
- O'Rourke on President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw US troops from Syria: "There may be a very good reason to do it. I don't necessarily understand -- and I've been a member of Congress for six years."
- O'Rourke on the Constitution: "I'm hesitant to answer it because I really feel like it deserves its due, and I don't want to give you a -- actually, just selfishly, I don't want a sound bite of it reported, but, yeah, I think that's the question of the moment: Does this still work? i remember when all the crybabies were all talk about moving to Canada after GWB got re-elected
then 4 years later we got Barack Obama
it will balance out
just don't go do something stupid like move to a country with all the modern benefits america has to offer without the negativity but with free health care and subsidized college education and larger ski mountains and better beer and the largest and most well-funded pension trust in the world
don't do something stupid like that
