Pretty good thread on one way the particular approach to even-handedness adopted by the media during the last 30 years has produced bad habits and reduced the informative depth of interviews.

I don’t think you need to read the transcript to appreciate the points he makes.

Asked a broad, open question two years ago about ANY single existing ruling he would like to see overturned, Kavanaugh went straight for this one, saying he wants to “put the nail in” its coffin.

Doesn’t play well with the “forget what he says; only look at his judicial history” argument.
