APC sounds no different to me than most of this post-grunge stuff. If they had a singer with no other affiliations no one would hesitate to lump them in with the rest of these clowns.

I would like to make a last minute lobby for Future Leaders of the World “Let Me Out”. Maybe in place of the lowest ranked LB or KoRn song since we have so many.

I'd say none of these are NU metal. I don't recall the others. Especially the Canadian bands, nothing metal about them.
It says post grunge in the headline.
The difference between a band like Fuel and a band like Lifehouse is that while they both may have ballad-y, sort-of-pop hits, Fuel mainly makes hard rock songs, while Lifehouse really only deals in pop rock.
Yes, I was least certain of Lifehouse. I remember Hanging By A Moment being huge.
Matthew Good Band made the best post-grunge album.
Are you referring to Beautiful Midnight? If you are, I agree. I adore that album, it's in my top 5. As for the post grunge in the title, it didn't register with me because everyone has been mostly focussed on NU metal Sorry.

As I'm gathering all the YouTube videos for the threads, one motif I am noticing popping up again and again in, like, 80% of these music videos is "hot" women staring at the lead singer, who is sad/disinterested. It's really hilarious, and everyone should keep an eye out for it as we go through these rounds.
My favorite nu metal video has to be Korn’s Thoughtless, it’s got Jesse Pinkman as a bullied teen hiring a prostitute to be his prom date, and he shows up in a pimp outfit with the girl in some dress full of eyes and then they projectile vomit on everyone.

I mean holy shit that is fucking hilarious.
I just watched this. You forgot to mention the singing faces popping out from his torso. This is a ridiculous music video

It's been a long time since I saw it, but that sounds right.
Shout out to Limp Bizkit's "Boiler" too, the million dollar music video for a flop single that features Fred Durst in a David Lynch-ish action movie.

Yes, I was least certain of Lifehouse. I remember Hanging By A Moment being huge.

Beautiful Midnight indeed. Strong from start to finish.
Yes, post grunge has been somewhat overlooked in this contest. A majority of nu-metal related bands chosen.
