UPDATE! I officially have polling privileges! IT'S HAPPENING!!!
After reading through the posts made after I posted my initial list - and doing a little more research online - I have made some adjustments to the bracket.
Added: Creed - My Own Prison Deftones - Back to School Deftones - Change (in the House of Flies) Deftones - Minerva Disturbed - Prayer Disturbed - Stupify Disturbed - Voices Godsmack - Keep Away Godsmack - Serenity Godsmack - Straight out of Line (hed) PE - Bartender Incubus - Nice to Know You Incubus - Stellar Incubus - Wish You were Here Kid Rock - Cowboy Limp Bizkit - Re-Arranged Limp Bizkit - Take a Look Around Linkin Park - Breaking the Habit Linkin Park - Faint Linkin Park - Numb Linkin Park - Somewhere I Belong Mudvayne - World So Cold Sepultura - Ratamahatta System of a Down - Spiders System of a Down - Toxicity
Removed: Disturbed - Stricken (hed) PE - Renegade (Didn't realize how new this was.) Three Days Grace - Never Too Late
Other thoughts:
I don't think Rammstein's "Du Hast" should be included, since I'd say it's just industrial metal, like Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie, who are also not included.
Should I keep The Union Underground's "Turn Me on Mr. Deadman"? I've heard multiple people online mention how "big" this song was, but I'm not seeing a lot of evidence for that? Does anyone even know this song? Opinions would be appreciated.
Any other thoughts or suggestions before we get rollin'? I would like to get this party started on Monday.
Updated full bracket is in the OP.

I think Godsmack guy is between Max and Kid Rock, Brandon from Incubus is behind Crazy Town guy, blue hair clown makeup is actually Mudvayne guy, and that's possibly Munky from KoRn is next to Serj from System of a Down.
Jammer - who is the dude next to Max Cavalera labelled as 'possibly Head from KoRn'? Is he from Coal Chamber or Sevendust or something?

First round begins on Monday, 6/25! First matches will be up through Wednesday, next matches will run Thursday - Sunday, then next matches will be Monday - Wednesday again, and so forth.
If anyone has any serious cases to make for song inclusion, get them in before Monday. But I think the list is looking pretty good.

That’s Dez Farfara from Coal Chamber.
Also the dude labelled Powerman 5000 is Rob Flynn from Machine Head, who have on/off nu metal stints (their most recent album from this year is a nu metal revival album).
The guy labelled Tom Morello is DJ Lethal from Limp Bizkit and House of Pain too.

I’d like another Static X song in it if Rammstein won’t be in, maybe Cold or The Only.

Smooth Criminal and Shimmer still feel like they don't belong, to me. But I'm not gonna throw a tantrum about it.
Alien Ant Farm kind of makes sense since they had nu metal songs, and since this is a post grunge vs nu metal format or whatever, Fuel has to be included. Although I like Sunburn and Jesus or a Gun a lot more than Shimmer, and I don’t even know what Bad Day is since I never listened to anything after Hemmorage in My Hands.
I submit one last song for consideration: The Flys - Got You Where I Want You, a horrible mash up of post grunge and nu metal.
