It's the Seinfeld of video games. It's a game about nothing.

It's reviews are great.

I had the Wii version and mostly enjoyed it. Just don't have the will to play it daily like they want you to.

Anyone pick up Animal Crossing?

Fuck Corona, I'm buying a switch.
Also!

I don’t know. I think I might get Animal Crossing.

Same. Seems like the type of game I would check on a few times a day while on this mandatory work at home month.

Only downside right now is one island per switch. I’ve got four kids who will likely want their own island. I sure as hell want one.

I picked it up yesterday.

Speaking as someone who’s never played it before - any iteration - would you recommend?
I’m working from home for the foreseeable future, and would have a little time to plink away at it.

It’s a great game to play in short bursts, that’s for sure. Right now, I only have a net and fishing rod. Once I get a shovel and an axe, it’ll open up more. It’s an unusual game so it’s hard to recommend to someone I don’t know.

My wife got Animal Crossing the other day. I started the game today and when we realised we had to share an island we were horrified, I tells ya.
So it's just for her now.

Just getting started on Animal Crossing. It is a little tedious in spots but really zones me out and I like it. I wish I could hold more things in my pocket. I'm sick of taking them to my house for storage until this stupid museum is open so I can turn in some fossils and new fish. Also really want a ladder to get to the high spot on my island.

Just built a house in Animal Crossing and got the upgrade to increase my pocket size. Really starting to enjoy the daily ritual of checking in on my little island of Toledo.

God I would love to see you just walk up to some random person on the street and say this to them.

It's part of the Nook Miles Plus upgrade. Go back to Tom Nook after building the house.

Bought this for my kids for Easter. Now I've got to wait for them to open it so I can play.

What game(s)? Animal Crossing or the switch itself?
