I've been tempted to buy the $199 bundle with the unit and two games, but haven't been able to pull the trigger.

That's what I'm looking at too. Similar price here, which is like half the normal cost.

I also received a small bonus from work which would cover this. But also tempted by a new coffee machine.

Apparently only certain games have full vr support. However, you can play any game in "cinema mode" which doesn't use head movements. Still would be pretty cool for fps shooters I imagine.

Until they roll out some must-play titles, all VR gaming is basically the Power Glove in my mind.

This year apparently has had a few stellar titles (Moss, Super Bot VR, Tetris Effect, and Beat Saber). No can't miss game, but slowly building a library.
