I felt like playing Kung Fu so I hacked my NES classic. It was super easy. I only added a few games. Probably do my SNES next.

Capcom's Home Arcade looks cool, but it's overpriced by a lot if it's going to be between $250 and $300.

1944: The Loop Master
Alien vs. Predator
Armored Warriors
Capcom Sports Club
Captain Commando
Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness
Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors
Eco Fighters
Final Fight
Ghouls 'N Ghosts
Giga Wing
Mega Man: The Power Battle
Progear
Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting
Strider
Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo

Yeah when I saw it I was interested until I saw the price point. I was thinking it would be around $60.

The what now?

Oh. Oh my.

Probably the most Capcom thing Capcom's done in awhile.

Arcade Final Fight was awesome, but I think I'll skip this one.

I remember getting Final Fight 2019 for NES and being disappointed that it wasn't anything like Final Fight. I am now disappointed that it is actually 2019.

Unless it comes with the six-button controller - which it doesn't, in the US - then why put Street Fighter on there?

But yes, that's a pretty great list. Now to see if the emulation is good.

That list not being in alphabetical order is giving me heartburn.

There's rumors of EA doing a compilation. I'm not sure if it would be a disc, download, or mini system.

I still play Coach K every year. I love it.

A) The NCAA basketball game that Nintendo made for the SNES was my favorite because I found that if you used a specific type of player you could hit half court shots every single time. I destroyed my friends every time we played.

B) I'm debating getting one of the TG-16 units. They're doing it right with the multi-tap and everything and I want to play some five-person Bomberman.

I have at least 30 bricks and various cables of various lengths hanging around, I think I can figure that one out.

Hell right now I have one cable going to the NES/SNES/whatever needs charged with that mini usb plug.

PC Classic delayed until 2020.
Spoiler: show
PC Classic development to continue in 2020
Hello everyone! We receive a lot of communication asking about the status of the PC Classic project since we're far beyond our initial expectation of when we would release. What follows is the current status of the project, an explanation of the delay, and our plans for the future:

Current status
The project has over 30 committed games and a handful of signed (and paid) titles, including games from John Romero. Terms have been reached with major AAA publishers. What remains is for us to settle on the hardware used and launch the crowdfunding campaign.

Why the delay?
Operating a crowdfunding campaign is a full-time effort and we're a small studio. We ran into some major roadblocks with the development of our RFpay system that took a tremendous amount of time and resources to resolve. Our last arcade title, "World's Fastest Drummer," also required software revisions (though it's testing well now). Then, to recoup capital, we've been working to open an arcade in Baltimore focused on competition gaming (more about that in the future on our website if that interests you). Between those factors and many minor ones, we haven't had the resources to do a crowdfunding campaign right.

Plans for the future
As a result, we have more time to look into user suggestions and revisit the hardware. The machine was conceived as a convenient way to play retro PC games on the couch, but many users expressed a desire to use actual legacy x86 hardware with games they already own. Extending the planning phase allows us to dig deeper for suppliers to attempt an alternate "enthusiast" model with all of the hardware and ports desired. We have also added marketing staff who can support the eventual crowdfunding campaign while the rest of us focus on development.

Realistically, we'll likely be occupied with our current lineup of projects, ventures, and trade shows through the rest of the year. Our planning and sourcing on PC Classic can continue during this period, however, and set us up to launch crowdfunding next year.

Thank you!

I would be 2x as excited if the controller had 2x as many buttons on it.

I'm probably going to buy a 6 button for it.
