I don't care about rosters. I don't know anybody in the NBA besides maybe Labroon and Stephani Curray and I don't even know what positions they play or what teams they are on. I just like the fluidity and controls/ graphics/ animations of 2K NBA games and it's been a while since I played any. I paid like 5 dollars for a different NBA game a while ago, maybe EA? And it was pretty disappointing.. even at 5 dollars...

Days of Play starts tomorrow. Last year’s sale was pretty epic — I think that’s the first time we saw HZD Complete for like $20? Expecting great deals. Only problem is there aren’t actually that many games I’m interested in playing right now

This sale was digital only last year?

I would jump on the last Wolfenstein game if there’s a great deal. Maybe that new Yakuza spin-off game, but I can’t imagine that’s be any lower than $40. I think that’s it.

Nah, no open-world games for me these days. I just don’t have the time to fully appreciate them, and RDR2 seems like an especially open and slow-moving game. I thought the first 90 mins of HZD were great, and I still haven’t played since.
I’m all about the high-impact 30 minute session these days. Rocket League, Apex Legends, FIFA. Quick load times, fast lobbies, brief matches. Neither Wolfenstein nor Yakuza offer that stuff, but I expect fairly immediate fun, at least with Wolfenstein.
Actually I just talked myself out of the Yakuza game.

What a journey this was. Yakuza's open world is pretty small and dense from what I hear.

Yeah that’s why I’m on the fence about Judgment. I think I could start enjoying it pretty quickly, and could probably streamline things if I didn’t get all caught up in side quests and mini-games.
