I just beat South Park: Fractured But Whole. The story wasn't as good as SoT, but the final few sequences were pretty great. This felt less like an extended interactive episode than SoT. A good 20 hours or so. I did all the side quests and collected most of the collectibles.
I got stuck at the strip club. Got squished by the fat lady every time.
You need to run away from her and fight the other strippers. You'll escape out the back door.
I do that and get to the end and always get squished. Time starts running faster and i'm stoned as shit and playing on a keyboard (which is all a factor) . same thing happened to me on the last game, couldn't do the special fart combo right at the end.
Horizon is so fun and gorgeous and well-paced. It has a lot of things from other games but the new spin on them and the game's unique mechanics are awesome. Very glad I decided to finally try it out.
I don't know what games the XBOX has lately but I'm so glad I got a PS4. I've played some truly great games on this system and there's way more coming.

i'm very bad at Injustice 2, but it's an awesome game
I've always been a little leery of fighting games. Is it pretty difficult to pick up and play?
honestly, no. controls are straight forward, and there's a great feature where you can browse your characters special move list, tag the ones you want to learn, then have them superimposed on the screen during the match.
what's really difficult is that you're compelled to use the D-pad for movement rather than the left control stick. Feels unnatural, but i'm sure it'll become second nature in time.

That is a great feature. Maybe I will check it out. I think the first one was a PS Plus game awhile back. Maybe I should try that one first.

Not Bloodstained, apparently.
ffs. I haven't received a single Kickstarter video game that I've backed. Luckily I stopped backing them right about when this one said LOL DELAYS the first time so the number is small enough. But still, zero out of five stinks.
Just about done Assassins Creed Origins. finished the main story and now i'm just mopping up some side quests. The fighting is still a little clunky (they could take a few cues from Batman/Shadow of Mordor/Mad Max), but overall the changes they made with this one were all positive from a franchise that was on it's death bed. Oh and taking time off form the annual release cycle almost certainly boosted the quality level. Thing is fuggin' pretty to look at and not many glitches, except for that time that i managed to clip below the bottom of the lake and swam around in a vast featureless ether until i drowned. that was fun.

This is good to hear. All the positive buzz about Origins has me excited for Odyssey.

I played this game relentlessly for over a year and didn't know you could put the move combos on the screen
N yeah I absolutely use the d pad n not the control stick.. as I would for any fighting game.. the stick would be super awkward
i'm not currently playing it, but from what i've read about the love for hollow knight on here, i'm willing to give it a shot. i want to finish celeste first. been putting that off for a while now.
