That's cool, thanks! I think it's the amount of buttons that are rough for her--she tends to have trouble keeping track of them. She is only 3, after all.

Yeah, NES may be the way to go. Or SNES to get used to shoulder buttons.

M_D you have me very intrigued.

Can I get an idea of how you spend your typical day?

Between work(?), video games, husbanding, parenting, NBA playoffs, etc. what is the breakdown? It seems like you have 48 hour days or something.

Work is about 40-45 hours a week. I live close to work and daycare so I have little no commute, which helps a lot. I dunno, I just find the time (usually in the late evenings).

Do you only sleep 3 or 4 hours? I always assumed you didn't work

I sleep around 6-7 hours a night usually. My wife and I are pretty equal partners with household responsibilities and we try to get them all done (or close to it) by the time the kid is in bed.

No wife, no kids, but I lack the desire to play after work. My gaming is almost always contained to the weekends.

Gaming and walking the dog are my ways to unwind. It does require a good amount of concentration for some games however (ex. Sekiro).

This is definitely me, sometimes too exhausted between all the shit at work during the week and everything crammed into the weekend to even play, hence my growing back log

Thriving on 6-7 hours of sleep is awesome. I’m the same way and it usually buys me a couple hours per day to play games or work on other projects. Sleep is overrated

Deciding upon what game to play next now that I'm wrapping up Sekiro. Still have most of Cuphead left, but may take a detour to tackle Super Mario 3D Land on the 3DS and Hitman: Season 1 on the PS4. It's a good time to work on the backlog before Mario Maker in June.

I also kind of want to play Link to the Past too, but I should probably finish the second half of Ocarina first. I was on such a roll and then got side tracked by Sekiro.

I was really, really enjoying Persona 5 until my unfamiliarity with the game mechanics made me get an automatic game over and lose hours of progress. Not really sure if I can go back to playing it again. Was probably the most annoyed I've been with a video game in my entire life.

I quit playing when I starting getting 1 turn killed in combat

On the final level in startropics, let's just say thank goodness for the switch save spot ability because it's insane

It's an odd game. Most of it is super easy and approachable but then it has these super unforgiving moments.

It's uncomfortably creepy at times too. Wasn't the gym teacher creeping on female students? I didn't care for that.
