The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
I've finally found a groove in Shadow of Mordor. Enjoying that one.
Finished Chapter 5 of Celeste last night. This game is brilliantly designed in that it frustrates you but it's incredibly rewarding once you figure everything out.
Metroid Prime 2. This is quite the labyrinth. Knowing where to go is sometimes a mystery. I can’t imagine beating this one without a guide / FAQ. MP1 was less confusing.

Yes, especially with the dark world thrown in too. They got a little cute with backtracking in that one.

MP2 is considered the worst of the Trilogy, right?

I picked up the Borderlands Handsome Collection for PS4 on a sale last week so i'm taking a little trip down the lootgasm rabbit hole. These games actually hold up pretty well on this gen of hardware.

Horizon: Between Two Dawns. It's weird. Maybe it's cause of my recent immersion into Redidemption but this is really hard to get into hard. The way you move about the world jumpin and rubbin up against things unrealistically hop hop roll? It's weird. And the characters when speaking move like animatronic robots at Disney land. Or your local science exhibit. It's not as good as I'd hop hop hoped. But I got it for like 12 dollars so who's going to complain at me. Not me. Maybe the combat is worth it. I don't know. Maybe it will be when I played it more. If I do. When we will see.

The combat is 100x better than Red Dead. Keep playing. The world and lore really open up.
Also, it may be unfair to compare other open world games with Red Dead 2 in terms of character, cinematics, and immersion. Try playing and Assassin's Creed afterwards. It is rough.
