Someday is one of those songs that really showcases how great their rock and roll classics range is. To compare them to REM and U2 (two comparable bands I hold in extremely high esteem), whenever they did a classic rock cover it always sounded like REM or U2 attempting a standard but not being able to escape sounding like REM or U2 doing a cover. Pearl Jam manages to both make these songs their own and really honor the spirit of the original. They're just an outstanding covers band

Sorry, I consistently voted for Someday at Xmas because I have no recollection of what it sounds like and don’t have a copy of it in my iTunes.

I have no idea how Out of my Mind got this far, and it's time to vote out Reign Over Me. It's good, but they really do not do anything different with the song.
