So we just have to hope for a Vikings / Eagles match up. Both franchises have a good history of heartbreaks. Someones gotta at least make it to the big dance. Course the way the Eagles D has been playing the last few weeks, they could end up 1 and done.

Strat, are you still fearing/expecting the Vikings will break our hearts in the playoffs this year or do you think this might be a Super Bowl season for our favorite club?
Heartbreak. Always heartbreak.
It will probably happen in the NFC Championship Game again. FML

You're not confident in a Foles led shootout victory?

I don’t think the Vikings defense would ever allow a shoot out.

With Wentz out I think the Vikings are the best team in a really, really close NFC. All these teams can beat each other in a given game. I think the Vikings are the most complete team right now. They are top five in the NFL in both offense and defense. The Rams get the nod at number two because I think their defense is far better than Philadelphia and the Wentz loss is meaningful even if Foles is a solid replacement. The Panthers are playing really well right now and Cam is in top form. They get the edge over New Orleans because I’m not sure how much I trust the Saints defense against teams with top offenses in the playoffs. Atlanta seems to be clearly inferior to the five teams above above them, but I still wouldn’t be shocked if they pulled off an upset in the first round.

Well, I just literally posted this a few hours ago on FB
"57 more days..."
that's 57 more days till spring training! Honestly though, if Foles takes them all the way it will be one of the best things to happen to the NFL. He was going to retire before last season before Reid talked him out of it. Don't get me wrong, I got all in on Carson Wentz. I really thought the Eagles were going to have some Packer magic an be great, for a long time, with a great QB (Packer fans really don't know how lucky they've had it since 1992!). But man if Foles can keep this going, it would be something else.

Getting the bye is critical for the Vikings in my opinion. I think it will be hard for them to win two in a row on the road.
Imagine if they get home field throughout and then get the home field for the Super Bowl.
Oh shit, I forgot it's in Minneapolis. No team has ever been at home for the Super Bowl. Closest anyone got was the 49ers in 1984 when it was at Stanford.
