The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.

The product on the field is bad and getting worse. In the last 5 years Ive had no idea year to year who would be good with the exception of NE. This year I don't even know week to week if a team will suck or not. It's just not very compelling.
I agree.
I agree with this too.
My point is that I keep hearing/reading people that are arguing that the protests aren’t having an effect on TV viewership or attendance, or if there is an effect that it is so small as to not be significant. Usually those arguments aren’t backed by any discernible numbers or statistics but instead are backed by statements like “I just don’t believe people aren’t watching because of the protests”. I absolutely believe that the protests have had a significant impact on the NFLs popularity and its viewership. And most polls/studies I’ve seen indicate that to be the reality.

To be fair, that polling question doesn't directly ask people it they've stopped watching because of the protests. An important distinction.
also hardly anyone runs the ball anymore. it's all passes and plenty of incompletions, so there's no rhythm to the proceedings. it's all stops and starts and penalties and blah.

It seems like almost every offense does the dink and dunk passing offense. The quarterbacks end up with decent stats, but it is pretty boring.
