With one exception*, I typically cheer for the underdog teams or teams that haven’t been “there” in awhile. So if my beloved Vikes get knocked out I’ll probably be cheering for teams the Rams and Jags.
*the one exception is the Pats. I freaking love Tom Brady and because of him NE is my second favorite team. I would love to see him continue to rack up SB victories.

yeah i also like gestapo and cheating so the Patriots are a natural joy for me to watch while whipping myself with a bladed belt because i am a sinner and deserve it

I just get off on listening to everyone bitch about all things Patriots. I think it’s hilarious. The Vikings are my true favorite team, and absolutely where my loyalty will always be. But Tom Brady is easily the GOAT, and the Patriots being everyone’s favorite team to hate makes them even more likable to me. And I love that Bill Belichick just doesn’t give a fuck about what anyone else thinks and is smarter than every other head coach in the NFL. It just makes me happy.

I'll give you this much: Vikings fans don't have a lot to hate about the Pats...yet. Fanbases of all of these other teams have much greater reasons to hate them: --Bills: division rival that's been brutalized by the Patriots --Dolphins: division rival that's been brutalized by the Patriots --Jets: division rival that's been brutalized by the Patriots --Ravens: multiple playoff clashes --Steelers: multiple playoff clashes --Browns: Belichick could have remained theirs --Colts: multiple clashes, plus Manning vs. Brady --Broncos: multiple clashes, plus Manning vs. Brady --Raiders: tuck rule --Chargers: McCree's interception/fumble --Eagles: Super Bowl loss --Panthers: Super Bowl loss --Falcons: brutal Super Bowl loss --Rams: Super Bowl loss --Seahawks: Super Bowl loss
That's almost half the league right there. The fanbase that's probably the most friendly towards the Pats would be the Saints, as NE dispatched two division rivals in the Super Bowl and also can commiserate in Ginger Hammer penalties.

Yeah man, as a Vikings fan the Pats have done nothing to piss me off

But hell, If the Vikings lose in the SB I’d rather it be to the goat than anyone else.

I'll keep this post for reference if this happens and it's a particularly brutal and/or heartbreaking loss. Then again, it's my understanding that Vikings fans have pretty tough skin for that.

Lol, I thought about that when I posted it. But they are my second favorite team so it only makes sense that if the Vikes can’t win the whole thing that I’d be pulling for the Pats. And yeah, as a Vikings fan I’m more than used to brutal disappointment.

So you're a Yankees and Golden State Warriors fan too then?

"Workplace misconduct" is not necessarily sexual in nature, but I hope it's not because Jerry Richardson is one of the least physically attractive people on the planet.
