Definitely. I did the same. Plenty of low calorie yet satiating options. Like oatmeal hehe.


Eggs too scrambled, boiled, etc. Very filling

Yeah I’ve been skipping breakfast cuz I just don’t think about it. I should do mid morning oatmeal or eggs, which could get me to dinner (with perhaps a healthy snack in the afternoon).

Maybe I’ll make a big batch of hard boiled eggs. Grab and go.


Eggs were huge for me early on. I'd do scrambled eggs w/ cheese and sausage at night and then hard boil a bunch for my salad or just eating them w/ a little salt, pepper and butter.

Another go-to are those sealed tuna pouches, easy to grab and go. Keep them in the fridge.

I'm pretty pissed about being 154 today. I much prefer the low 150s. After lunch my pants feel tighter, too.
