been like 174-176 lately
added some pounds over this holiday break and despite exercise they are still there
gonna need to fiber-up and just eat less the next few days

I've been stuck at a plateau in the 250s for a few weeks now, which isn't a horrible thing (best shape in at least 10 years), but it's been a little frustrating to hover between 254 and 257 after consistently losing 2.5 lb per week for six months. Hoping to shake it off soon.

feeling a little carby
need to get back to sunny weather sleek
