The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
Should I weigh myself tomorrow morning? I would like to lose 8-10 pounds before pool season begins.
Go for it.
There's people here who can help you along, but losing 8-10 pounds shouldn't be too bad. Probably just lower carbs and start exercising for like 20 minutes a few times a week and you will be amazed by the results. I went all in on foods/meals like eggs, salads, avocado, apples, etc. Oh and drink a ton of water each day. It helps.
I tracked my food via Weight Watchers for the first time in Months.
I give you credit. I can't keep track of what I eat, don't have the patience for it, but I've been good just keeping it to fruits, veggies, and good protein like eggs, fish, etc.
153.8 today before I finished going to the bathroom.
Hitting the gym again tonight, will make a salad for lunch, and for dinner maybe a low carb burrito bowl from Chipotle: garlic steak, onions, peppers, guac, lettuce, mild salsa, cheese.

Well, I'm somehow only 5 pounds heavier than my pre-COVID weight. Still feels like I lost a lot of muscle.

If you don't eat enough protein, etc. it's true that you will lose muscle which means you will lose weight but not the greatest thing to have happen.
