That’s after two poops and two iced coffees today. So maybe some weight loss from poop but gain from the water.

The tactics put in place yielded about 1.1 pounds of weight loss in one day. Most likely water weight, but still, a nice experiment for the weight loss thread.

I followed through w/ a light lunch. Turkey burger w/ cheese (no bun). That's a nice protein and energy boost along with this Coke Zero. I am set for success today. Need to stick with it though.

i've been tracking my caloric intake this week; goal is to lose a couple pounds a week. only day three, but i've managed to come under my daily allotment each day, totaling over a thousand calories. plenty left today so far, might allow myself a lite beer or two tonight.
