Have to think Bammer got some schadenfreude from that ending.

I haven't looked up the stats yet, but how often does a missed free throw result in an offensive rebound? Gotta be less than 10% of the time, right?

And then to have 4 missed free throws and 2 offensive rebounds. All in all there was maybe a 1% chance of that scenario.

Ha ha. Suck it, 0regon!!

Some really terrible basketball has been on display. It seems like it gets worse every year.

All the hallmarks of a Roy Williams team. Great athletes doing athletic things and finding a way at critical moments to play absolutely terrible basketball. Sometimes they manage to win, other times you wonder... why don't they actually practice these things?

Shame for Bell to get victimized so obviously after playing so well in the tournament.

Who would think they could miss 4 free throws at the end and yet pull out a win because Oregon can't remotely box out?

These refs are giving us a hell of a show. We tuned in to watch them, and they didn't disappoint.

Meh. I really wanted Gonzaga to win.

The post game interview Andy Katz did with the zags kid was brutal. Respect to that young man he did his school proud.

Well that's a wrap.

The One True Bitch, Grayson Allen, got to sit home crying tonight while he watched his biggest rivals take home the championship.

Lock 'er up.

It ended as it should have. Go 'heels!

That said, I don't think I've ever seen a championship game with such poor shooting. It was like watching one of my kid's games.

jacking threes every possession only works if you're the GSW

The whole tourney was this, and it is awful to watch.

The UConn/Butler game a few years back had worse shooting, but this was not much better. Just some awful offensive possessions by Gonzaga down the stretch.

Can we just change this to the college basketball thread? I am so pumped to watch Michael Porter Jr all year. Mizzou sold out the arena for every home game. That's never happened.
