let’s hope Ferrari doesn’t fumble on tire strategy again
car looks competitive
verstappen looks like steel again, right where he left off
Alonso tho, what a surprise. Stroll (Sr.) must be super psyched

Happy to see a spark from Aston
Feeling so sorry for LeClerc with more Ferrari self-destruct shenanigans
Happy to see McLaren struggle - I like Norris but dislike the way Piastri left Alpine hanging
Red Bull lookin like they gonna win it all again

R u srs? Alpine's boss handled the Piastri situation like a snake piece of shit.
Guess I don't know enough about it / am old fashioned
If you're on someone's development team, and they are investing millions to train you, so that you can be the 'next man up' when someone leaves - then when someone leaves, you need to be the 'next man up' - not go and sign somewhere else
but I guess Alpine deserved it for not being smart enough to have him under contract (?)
In the NFL or MLB, something like this would be impossible without compensation to the team training the person

Piastri bringing that McLaren boat to 8th is pretty huge. Stroll tussling with the big boys again. They managed to roll out a monster just after Seb's retirement. What the hell?

Ocon starting at 6th too after a big stinker last week too
should be an interesting race
I picture Max and LeClerc clawing back up through the field but things should get interesting once they reach the top 7
Checo prob ecstatic
he def wants a title shot

yeah was an interesting first half, lots of movement but the leaderboard looks pretty solidified now
Red Bull always so good at taking advantage of / planning for a safety car
Max would have made his way to 2nd anyway but smart strategy statistically imo to expect a safety car on this track and strategize for it
that said the Stroll safety car looked unnecessary
