Wednesday, bitches.
What have you guys found to tone inner-thigh flab adjacent to your knee cap? Feels like I'm getting nowhere on this one, and here's my leg day regimen (numbers = weight, three reps per):
Leg press - 215 Leg abduction/adduction - 85/70 Prone leg curl - 45 Leg curl/leg extension - 100/65 Hammer Strength extension - 25 Glute press - 50 Calf raise 50 Straight squat 7.5 Side lunge
I also run, and ski in the winter, and just no traction.

i just bike ride, like 5-10 miles per day
and skip the rest of this BS
i don't do weights though
only bruce lee exercises (chinups, pushups, situps, legups)
so the bike rides are fine enough to maintain balance
weights are for perverts

I've never had that. But that's one hell of a leg workout. What's your bodyfat percentage? Targeting specific fat areas is a myth. You burn fat all over or not at all. All that's left is muscle definition.
Maybe drop the weight and do a bunch more reps of leg press? (I love leg press)
