The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
Well, that's good. At least everything is back to normal for this clown organization. The last few days had been too good.

This organization is such a joke that they managed to spend three years tampering with a QB and a coach, got neither, and lost a 1st and a 3rd round pick. I mean this is obviously infinitely preferable to them having actually gotten Brady but it still sucks.

Well, ain't no plan B for Tua now so here's to hoping all this positive camp stuff is real.

That's the thing. The old regime had you fooled. They managed to overhaul the coaching staff and offense and keep and slightly upgrade what was actually working; the defense. Same uniforms and location, but different team. If McDaniel is actually an inept moron, he's one of the greatest conmen I've ever seen.

I get it. I like what he says and how he says it but I've seen this movie too many times to get excited about any rookie coach this early. But the team has a lot of talent. There's an insane amount of speed on offense, so it's easy to imagine that this team could be a lot of fun to watch. And I can talk myself into believing in Tua; I really do hope he's The Guy and that with another year removed from hip surgery and an actual offensive coach that he's going have a Drew Brees year three type breakout. I'm rooting for nothing but success. I want Miami to win the Super Bowl with Tua on his rookie contract. I'm rooting for everything. I'm skeptical, though. And today was just another reminder of why Dolphins fans are so jaded and certain that failure is looming around every corner. And it's not the old regime; this was very clearly Ross and people at the highest levels in the organization who are still there. Either way, hope springs eternal almost every August, here's to hoping that Miami can come through the first 4 weeks and we're all excited about the rest of the season. I'm not saying it's doom and gloom, I'm just going to wait and see.

What's amazing is that Brady and his team negotiated throughout the 2019 season while still under contract and playing for the Pats. How is Brady not fined? Not that I care too much, more curious.
Update, yeah, players can't be punished for tampering:
So, why does Brady get off scot-free for secretly communicating with the Patriots' division rival about leaving New England during the middle of the 2019 preseason?
The straightforward answer is that NFL teams can be punished for tampering, but players can't -- regardless of who initiated the conversation.

Stephen Ross must like having Dan Snyder around to take the lion's share of attention for bad NFL ownership, so he could run under the radar until now.

Well, the Broncos managed to spend three years trying to make Paxton Lynch work at QB, didn't get it, and lost a 1st and 3rd round pick. And that's pretty cheap in the long history of NFL teams burning lots of draft capital on QBs. So just pretend the Dolphins already made a garden variety swing and miss on a QB.
