it was muddy af

i lost my sand wedge

i hit a some good drives, the others were big slices (which usually doesn't happen to me)

approach shots were inconsistent

50 yards and in i was garbage

putting was decent

couldn't string two decent shots together, it seemed

have a nice day

i went to the indoor driving range on saturday (my kid was taking a lesson). it was the first time i lifted a club in 3 months. the only glove i had was the one i used the last time i golfed in a pouring rain. and so it wasn't the softest of gloves. the blisters i still have are pretty bad.

i'm not sure what possessed her to do it, but my wife decided to take some swings with a driver. she doesn't golf, and the last time she swung a club was about 20 years ago. after a 1-minute instruction from will's coach, she was hitting 225 yd. lasers. it made me think of how long lenny's been trying to play this game.
