Also, I feel like I underestimated how good the Skitch Red Machine was gonna be.
That one was fun. I also checked out their "standard" lineup and just made my lineup that, subbing in a couple guys from other eras to replace the less great guys like ken griffey. Concepcion made the team as my backup just because he was one of the irreplaceable names.

I changed my mind... I'll take the forfeit.
It's funny how this works out. When I made the Rangers team, I simmed a bunch of games against the Jays and I won 90% of them no matter what the pitching matchup was. So of course I lose the two that actually count...

Same thing with my Cy Young vs Reds matchup.
Did you match my actual lineup, or just run with the guys it selected?

Just the guys it selected. :/
Well you were missing Pete Rose then! The year I selected him for defaulted him to OF, but I play him at 3B. Thats the only possible reason.

The default lineup is the last one that someone set. So I've been playing against:
1 Pete Rose 3B 2 Joe Morgan 2B 3 Ted Kluszewski 1B 4 George Foster RF 5 Johnny Bench C 6 Eric Davis CF 7 Frank Robinson LF 8 Barry Larkin SS

oh wait. I did that. After you destroyed me and announced it a week or so ago, i fixed the lineup in the system to slighty better success. So yeah. I love that you're so invested in this that you went and checked

I just ran ten simulations with Cy Young pitching and the Red Sox went 6-4.

Oh really? The only sim I saw gave the Red Sox a record of 0-2.

For those of you tracking SB/CS. Sometimes they don't get a mention at the bottom of the box score where extra base hits and home runs are noted. You have to click on the Fielding link to see them for each player.
