The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
I hope my aging laptop is up to the task of illegally streaming out of market games again this season. Otherwise I'm gonna have to buy a new one or :: gulp :: hang out at sports bars.
In 1996 they lost their #1 receiver to an injury and went on to win the Super Bowl. In 2010 they lost their #1 rusher to an injury and went on to win the Super Bowl. As long as #12 is under center, they're as likely as anyone to win it all. Let's not forget they've still got Lacy (1,566 yards from scrimmage) and Cobb (1,324 yards from scrimmage). Losing Nelson sucks, but it's far from insurmountable.
Packers should look at the Card's Michael Floyd. He could be the odd man out in AZ with Fitz, John Brown and now J.J. Nelson tearing up the preseason. He has a hand injury and could miss the first game or so, but he'd be a solid pick-up. Also, Bruce Arians doesn't seem to like him all that much.

Davante Adams will step in and the Pack will hardly miss a beat. Apparently the rookies Montgomery and Janis are showing promise also. Lament already made the biggest point; with Rodgers at QB, otherwise average receivers all of the sudden look great, so they will be fine.
